    Cross reference

    Hi,

yesterday i had in my navigation pane an overview of my tables and under each table an overview of Querys, reports, forms where the table was used.
I'm not so familiar with access and i can't find out how i did this.

    thanks
    Anne

Would that be the option "Tables and Related Views" when you click on the tiny downward-pointing triangle button on the left navigation pane?

Yes that's it but when i choose the tables and related views option i only see the table and not his relations.
I think i miss something because when i by example select reports he doesn't show me some reports and i know there are a lot of them.
I think he doesn't find the related information.

Maybe can make a copy of the database as backup, then do a compact and repair on the database. After that, try to select from the navigation panel.

Right-click on the navigation panel, go to Navigation Options. See if anything you can tweak there. If it still doesn't work, I'm not sure that's the problem.

Thanks, but that doesn't solve the problem either.
It's also strange that i don't see my query's or reports in the overview if i select objecttype and reports he gives no result.
    Pff very frustating

It sounds like those objects (reports, queries, etc) have been deleted from the database if they do not appear even if you select to show all the objects.
