Control Button to access specific information

I have a form where I will be adding estimated hours for particular equipment jobs. I have a query and table to show the average, min, and max hours for each type of equipment by model. I would like to add a button to the form so that when it is clicked a message box displays the Average, Min, and Max values from preferably the query but maybe the table. I have the model number displayed on the form being manipulated so the macro could reference that model number when filtering or selecting the fields from the query. I am just getting into VBA so I need some help figuring out the code right now. Any assitance would be appreciated.

JUst so you know, there is effectively no difference between a query and a table. With what part of your issue are you having a problem? How far can you get with a solution?
