Talking Linking Access Database to Visio

    Hello There!

I am trying to make an office plan in Visio based on an Access database.

I have a one-to-many relationship in access which shows that each desk can have more than one employee (we have day/night shifts).

KI have imported the database but now how can I show TWO Records(employees) within ONE shape(desk) in Visio?

Thanks for any help anyone can give me!

Seems more like a Visio question than Access.

    Possible options:

    1. two shapes sitting on top of each other

    2. VBA code to read through records and concatenate the employees
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
