No SetValue in Macro editor

I am trying to create a Macro and I am trying to use SetValue funcion in the Macro. I do understand that SetValue is unprotected, however I can't add it to my Macro. i.e when I put SetValue in a new line I don't see the fields that will be required in order to construct my parameters for SetValue. Is there any thing I can do in ACCESS setting to allow me to add SetValue and its parameters to my Macro?

Just make sure to click the SHOW ALL ACTIONS button on the Ribbon.
