    Reports and changing the names

I am using Access 2010. I used a template called calltracker from Microsoft. I have adapted it to my use. Instead of tracking calls it is tracking follow ups. On one form there is a drop down list of reports that came with the template. I have modified the reports structure to fit my needs but in the drop down list they still show the names that came with the template. How can I change the names of the reports that show in the drop down list. How can I add additional reports I created to show in this drop down list

Depends on how the list is created. Look at the RowSource for the combobox. Is it a table or query or a typed list. I suspect it is a table/query. Go to the source table and edit the records. Add new report names by adding records.

Then is there a table or a query called 'CBO Reports' in the Navigation pane?

You can also check out my sample here:
    http://downloads.btabdevelopment.com...rtFromForm.zip

Which will list every report in the database automatically as long as it has a rpt_ before its name. It displays the name without the rpt_ but it opens the report because the row source has that full name as well. If you have reports (or subreports) that you are working on and don't want them showing up in the list yet, just don't add the rpt_ to the name and they won't be there.

Can you see the Navigation pane? If not, hold down the shift key when opening project. This should bypass any autoexec macro and most project settings.

You can attach project to post. Run Compact/Repair, zip if still large.

Is that after holding shift key while opening project? The Tables and Queries sections are expanded?

Without seeing project, I have no other suggestions.
