Angry Help!!! user friendly forms/date entry

I work for a small private airport and am recently learning how to create access forms and tables to track our customer history. Leaning meaning, poking, hacking and re-doing alot, so I figured I would give this a try.
We have several planes come through our facility a day and each plane has its own id number, which I have made my primary key in my table.
I have already created my tables, the first consisting of customer names and last contact date and such, and then a subdatasheet with all of the mailing info in it.
I want to do a couple of things: 1) Be able to add more than one company to each tail number and be able to see each company that has used that tail number (sort of like peoples orders and what they have ordered) and 2) I would like to create a form that is user friendly and also shows all the necessary information. Can anyone help me with these problems?
I hope that this makes sense and even more so that someone can point me in the right direction, because poking around on the internet is really not getting me very far.
    Thank you for your time!

The 1:m relationships are best displayed and edited using a Form for the one side and a SubForm for the many side.

Thank you for your reply, but I am afraid I don't know what you mean.

Have you looked at the templates that ship with Access ar the ones on the Microsoft site? It is a good place to start with Access. Pick one that is close to what you want and then start modifying it to your needs.
