    Auto completing data entry forms

    Dear All,

I am tryng to build a database to record quality inspections.
I need to enter data using a form that auto-completes some of the fields.
I have managed to set up the autocompleting form from a query, but alas, I do not know how to use this form to enter records into anoher table.

If anyone can offer some help it would be much apreciated,

    Thanks,

    Adam

A form may only be bound to either one query or one table. You will need to create a second form and bind it to the table. Then, make the second form a subform of the first using a common field as a parent/child link relationship.
