Return blank field depending on quantity

Is there any way that imported data from a query can return the number of blank fields depending on the quantity (number) imported?? Ex: I have a query that imports a number from a database, and I am trying to create a report that displays x amount of blank spaces depending on the imported number; if the imported number is 3, then my report will show 3 blank fields; if 4, 4 blank fields, etc.... Thanks.

Have you tried looking at report formulas?
Maybe you can make one that formats a text area based on the value returned by your query.
