access 2003 emailing via outllok 2010

I had code that worked great for outlook 2003, but now my code don't work on 2010, i get the usual message wanting me to allow the use of outlook to send the email. but when i click allow, nothing happens.

Any ideas. I am sure this has been asked before, but i am not having too much luck finding a solution.

Did you update the reference to the new version of outlook's object library?
