Question Automatically Send E-Mail from Access

Thanks to rpeare I was able to create a query extracting all of the e-mail addresses I needed.

I'm not sure where to start on being able to send e-mail automatically.

I created a draft letter in word, I'm not sure if this is right or not.

I want to be able to insert some of the fields from the query into the letter.

    Here is a basic letter:

    To: «Rank» «LastFirst»
This is an automatic e-mail to let you know that you BLS Training will expire within «BLS_Days_Until_Due» days on «Date_BLS».
A copy of this notification has also been send to your supervisor «Supervisor».
Please schedule training as soon as possible.
You will continue to receive notifications until training has been completed.
    SMSgt Training
I also have both the members and surpervisors e-mail in the query, I would like to just cc the supervisor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
