On click menu items do not work

Hi,

I have created a custom menu bar. For each of the main menu items I have created a macro, so that on click of the menu item a form opens. I have set the "On Action " property to the macro name I have created.

After I create the menu items,first time, all the menu items work. If I close the mdb and re-open, they stop working. When I open the mdb, I see the menubar which does not work.

I don't know where I am going wrong.
