    Exporting/Importing to Outlook

I've created a Access dbase to manage customer data and schedule appointments.

I can manually import the appointments into Outlook from Access but I am hoping that someone can inform me as to how this event can be done automatically using macros/coding or something similar?

What I am trying to achieve is that every X amount of minutes Outlook would automatically refresh the calender and pull any new appointments that have been created in Access.

Thanks for any assistance you guys can provide.
