    PivotChart presentation

    Hi,

Under 'forms' I've made a pivotchart.
When I click it (pict.1), I get a grafic presentation of the chart (pict.2). No problem so far. But, when I click it from a main menu screen(pict.3), the presentation is different (picture 4).
What I want is that when I click the pivotchart in the mainmenu, the presentation should be as shown in picure two.
    Question is how.
    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards,
    Willem

I have never done a graph on a form, only on a report. I would have to examine the project to analyse this issue. Do you want to provide it?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

You can make one in 'Forms', 'New', PivotChart which, offcourse, is based on a query or tabel.
It's als possible to change the view using the Access menu but, I want to have the grafic view after choosing it from a mailscreen.
I'll provide the form as soon as I can, possibly tommorrow.

Thanks for sharing your solution. I am aware of the PivotChart view of a form, just never had need for it. I was willing to analyse your form with its related data if you needed more help. If you want to provide the structure of the macro, others might find that of interest.

I appreciate your offer to help me
I've attached a jpeg of the macro that shows the pivotchart as I want it to show up. The macro is called by commandbutton in a form.

    Best Regards,
    Willem
