    List Box Selection transfer

    Hello,

I am hoping to get some code in order to take 1 or more selections of employee names from "listbox1" to a staging "listbox2", then ultimately write to a table. I am most concerned about how to get the "staging" part worked out. Please see the attached diagram, which hopefully will be easier to understand.

There is a free video tutorial here that goes through the details of how to do this.

Thank you ! That is what I need, however, I cant get anything to display in my second list box !? Only difference is that my Listbox 1 is displaying a employee.last name and employee. first name, as opposed to just one field. I kept both listbox queries the same except for the 0 /1 swap, same amount of columns..not sure why I can't get the selection(s) to move over.

Multi select list boxes are vastly different from simple list boxes in the code required enclosed is an example (apologies if there is a duplicate post my computer freaked out while posting)
