Normalisation

I'm new to the concept of Normalisation, and I was wondering whether I had normalised this machine list correctly, and why I have or have not?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So according to your diagram you have a master list of manufacturers, for each manufacturer, you have a list of models available, for each model you have a list of items actually purchased. If that is your intent then as far as I can see yes, you've normalized it correctly.
