    Highlighting Report Data Based on a Condition

    Just Registered and hello all.
    Access 2003sp3 XP os.



    How do I highlight report data based on a condition ?
    Anyone familiar with "Conditional Formatting" ?

    When you're in the Report Design View, click on the box (data) that you want to be in this case highlighted...under the Format menu at the top, there should be the option called Conditional Formatting.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
