Design recommendations

I am posting this database for review. If someone with experience has time to make any recommendations or suggestions for improving this database, I would greatly appreciate it.

Everything seems to function properly, but I am not sure if there are any potential flaws in the background that could cause problems down the road.

Also, if there is a better site for learning Access please let me know.

I have not looked at your database in detail.
Here are a few basic questions:
Did you normalize your tables?
Do you follow a naming convention?
Do you have test data that you use to test any changes or modifications?

Here is a site that deals with Normal Forms, entity relationship diagramming and database design. You might want to look at the Hernandez method also.
