Combobox value list based on parent field?

I have a combobox on a subform that needs to display a value list based on the current record of the parent form. It works okay for the first record, but when I change records, it continues to display the value list from the first record.



I have the value list query set as:
SELECT [Projects].[Project ID] FROM Projects WHERE Projects.Institution=Parent.Institution ORDER BY [Project ID];

Are you requerying the combobox after changing records?
