    Data Not Showing in Reports

    For fun I have created a access database to store my DVD Collection. Currently there are 338 records in my database. I have created several reports to display my DVD collection.



    My problem is, the most recent records are not showing in the reports, but the records are showing in the table.

    What am I doing wrong or what could the problem be?

    Please help ...
    P.S How many records can an access database store?

    Access files can have millions of records, so the number of records is not a problem in this case.

    Can you please post the SQL for the query underlying one of the reports that's not working?
