    Unbounded combo box

    Dear All



    I'm inserting a combo box in my form. but when I click on the menue to select the combo boc icon and drag on the form then there are no display of relating windows which asking about the storuing of values in table field. and how to insert the values in combo box. It only display "unbounded combo box" on form . Any one can help me.

    Wasim,

    If you want to bind the combobox to a field,

    1. Open the form in design view
    2. Select the combobox
    3. Go to the properties pane, and under the Data tab select the field you want in the line for ControlSource

    I have done it by only clicking the tool bar icon "Control wizards". I hope it will very useful to all users of MS-Access.

    Now Please tell me how to we can hide databse window and then unhide. Actually I designed a program and want that user will not reach at database window. The program drive through Switchboard.

    Under Tools|Startup Options, you can have the app open with the database window hidden. To unhide it, hit F11.
