Hi All
I am designing and Access DB for outbound customer service survey.
I have so far started with a few tables.
1. Staff - This is to identy the staff, job title, user id and branch they are workign in
2. Branches - List of all the branches we have.
What I have done is to create a switch board where the agent has to select the branch. The next step is where I am gettign stuck
I want only the staff who are working in a specific branch to show in the next drop down box if their branch is selected.
Any ideas?
