    Smile collect data via email

    this is a tamplate under 'sample templates' : "Tasks". it has a button called " Collect data via e-mail".Can some one tell me what this button is for. I couldn't test is because when i hit the button it sayes "microsoft out look could not be started, make sure outlook is installed and properly set up.( the send and recieve dialogbox in outlook shows is marked and read as complet, but the green bar showing progress is still lit up + calender contacts,etc. wont sync in mobile divice center)
    please help me understand this

    Purpose is to send an email that receiver will use to enter some information and submit that information by Reply. I got the same error you did but I have tested this before, on another computer, and did get it to work. Just don't remember how.
