Post Can I use Access to create a single form that feeds 8 other forms?

I have to submit 8 forms to different companies several times a day. 85% of the information is the same. I would like to have a "Master form" which is used to collect the information and then populates the 8 other forms either automatically or is imported.

Does Access perform this function or is there other software / systems to do the job?

The forms are pdf's but can also be excel spreadsheets or word documents.

    Thanks

    JMD

Access might work. I would create a table containing all of the fields to store the information. Create the Master form based on this table to enter in the information and 8 reports to extract out the information you want. The reports could be exported as rtf documents.
