Tracking the number of ticket's Availble using Access

I am using access to track the number of tickets I am selling for an event. In prior years I have been able to know how many tickets I have left. For some reason this year I can not remember how to do this in access. I am pretty sure I have to make a query and then link the form to that query, but I am not positive if that's the right way to do it. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Why don't you give us your table layout so that we have some idea what you are doing. Without information, there is no way to formulate a valid response.
