Display web content on a form.

Is there a way to get web content to be displayed on a form. I have a form, and on it I would like to have the weather. The link that has the content is: http://www.weather.com/weather/5-day/Wildwood+NJ+08260

I only want to be able to display the web table that holds the 5 day forecast along with the graphics. What kind of object do I need to create on the form to hold the content and how would I go about retrieving it? Obviously it would need to update dynamically. I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions.

That might work, however I do not want the whole page displayed since the space I have available on the form for this is limited. That's why I need to figure out a way to only retrieve the content that i am after.
