How to find multiple words in a string in any order

I am getting in trouble with the following query...

We have stored in a field (call it Knowledge) a number of subjects like "C++, Java, PHP, Windows, Java Script", freetext type, comma splitted.

We need to find al the records that match a subset of knowledgements, in any order, as for example "Windows and C++"

    Thanks in advance

this doesn't say much. you're probably looking at using INSTR() and a call to a function where you can utilize the SPLIT() function with a "," delimiter.
