Double Relational

Hey guys,
Can you help me out. I am trying to create a DB that can be used for hair salon booking. I have 3 tables, owners, dog and bookings.

• A dog is owned by a single owner
• A single owner can own multiple dogs
• A booking is for one dog

I have a booking form that the user can select an owner, how can I then show all of the owners linked dogs in the same form, and not every dog in the DB?
