Subreport will not show specific data

    Hi All,

This one is driving me mad.
I have a main report which has several subreports. Each subreport is linked via a Project Reference which is present on the main report and each child report.

All the tables which drive the subreports have the same structure except one which is the one which will not generate data on the report. This table has slightly different columns, but still has the project reference in the same data format.

If I open the problem subreport as a separate entity the data displays, along with the project ref. However when I try to filter the report via a form Print button the data does not display (although the form will open with the data displayed in a subform no problem)

I have checked all the data types, sub form field linker etc but have run out of ideas.

    Any clues?

    Cheers

Instead of using the tables as the record source, change it to queries based upon the tables. In this manner, you can filter the query with the results going to the report.
