    Report close problem after maximized

    Hi All,
My report was unable to be closed when the report was maximized.I hide the tool bar,and I was going to disable the right click function. So if the user open the report and maximized to review when they click the close in the top right corner they close the project actually.
    Does anyone have an idea?
    Thanks in advance.

You could create a custom toolbar, with only a print button and a close button. Set the custom toolbar to be the only one to be displayed while viewing the report.

    Hi Steve,thanks for replying.
Do you mean adding the toolbar on the report?
I am sorry I did not catch you very much.
    Could you explain more?

Not on the report, but attached to the report.

In A2K, you can turn off the built in toolbars, then attach a custom toolbar. You can put only the buttons you want on it. When the report opens, the toolbar - usually I have a print button and a close (report) button - appears. I *think* you can do the same with (those @#$%) ribbon toolbars.

I see, you mean replace the orginal toolbar with a custom toolbar.
I'll google it, you suggestion may be very helpful also.
    I'll update after I find a way.

There's a access-help article on this issue, and it's very clear on how to do this.
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010211415.aspx

Also there seems to be many softwares which help you creat your own ribbon.
One of these I found is http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010211415.aspx

Thanks Steve for giving me the direction.
