    Unhappy Report problems

I am trying to create a report based on a table of 60 parent/ student names and their level of physical activity. The problem is that when I then use the report wizard, I am given a report of just some of the Student IDs and not all. This has not happened with other reports and I am not sure what to do.

Any help and advice would be most appreciated.

In your report, are you using a table or query for your record source. I suggest you use a query so that you can set the criteria for your report. If you are using a query, then check your criteria, if you are not getting all the names.

That is why I don't use any of the design wizards. They do things I don't like and can make it harder to edit design. Show the RecordSource statement for analysis.

    re report problems

Thank you both, I will try a query instead and avoid wizards! Barbara
