Rank Function

I have records in a table that may not be one after the other, eg. Field1=2, Field1=1, Field3=4.


Now I want to change Field3 to 3 instead of 4. I usually export to Excel and use the Rank function to put this in order. Is there similar function in Acecess?

No there is not a built in function to do ranking.
