Adding a space between fields with hyperlink

I am trying to input two fields into a hyperlink. My fields are [business name] and [city] . The only issue I have is that I cannot space the two out on a search. The hyperlink places them together in the browser. Bing is the search engine I am building for.

I have tried and tried. %20, and ++. Neither work

    Any ideas?

%20 is not actually notation, if I'm right. It's an output. what is "++" for? is that JS or PHP? just curious here...

Actually it's nothing other than my stressed way of trying to figure it out. Bing itself uses + for a space in the the url.

Going to try jgelpi16's thoughts. BRB
