What do you mean by 'convert'? You want data transferred from Excel to Acces table? Use the import wizard.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Why VBA? If this is a one-time action then just use the import wizard.

If this will happen routinely, try the VBA TransferSpreadsheet method. It has been discussed frequently in forum. Search forum or Google. Here is one https://www.accessforums.net/access/...les-31024.html

If TransferSpreadsheet is not adequate the VBA will be more complicated.
