    Cool AcFormat in DoCmd.OutputTo

I want to Output a report as a WORD 2007 .doc preserving all the formatting of the report. What AcFormat should I use?

    Hi,

in my opinion most formatting done in Access is lost when exporting to Word. You could create a formatted template in Word looking exactly as your report and then mailmerge it with the Access data. Or, if the report can be read-only: export it to PDF. If you're working with Office 2007 you need to install an add-on for this, in Office 2010 it's installed by default.

    Succes
