Im using the customer service template, and i need to be able to print one record.

E.g., i wan't to print a report, with only info refering to the case if 76.

    Is there a way??

    Works :)

    Thanks So Much Rural Guy.

Just for people that come accross this thread, if you need to not preview it, for it to print out, just change the bit that says preview to print.

    Thanks,

    Lyndon
