Form Resizing Code

Hi,
Does any one have the code for glrScaleForm() and glrResizeForm() as referenced in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/138901?

I have already tested Jamie Czernik's Form Resizer and Peter De Baets' Shrink Stretcher. Both work well, but I always like to test different options.
