Only other problem Im having is the above.
I can setup a macro to print the reports and I can convert each one to PDF on its own.
Can you Output all reports to one PDF?
Thanks in advance

Ok so it seems MS decided to exclude this as a standard feature but I have found a work around!

PDF conversion software that catches print jobs and then merges all the docs sent once your ready.
Brilliant!
Excellent! Thanks for posting back with your solution. You can go ahead and use the Thread Tools and mark this thread as Solved yourself.
The way webfactoryuk suggested is to create a single PDF file from multiple documents, yep, many PDF creation software support to import many documents then export as one PDF file.
Alternatively, you can firstly respectively convert each report to separate PDF file, then use a PDF Merger to combine PDF files into one.
Above are two feasible solutions for you to go. Hope it helps!
