I had that error pop up last week. I couldn't find a solution. I concluded that it probably was a corrupted file because nobody else was using the database. Luckily I had a backup of the application so I replaced the client's application with a new copy. I tried creating a new database and importing all the objects, but that didn't work for me. Try it.
