    User Access

i have been able to set my database up to see who has logged on to it an know who's in it.

what im trying to do is set up so that users can only access certian parts of the database based on their levels the User table has

    Staffno | Forename | Surname | Leads | Sales | MIS

the last three options are the access levels

i am trying to set up Lable menu options to open up sub forms

and when the user clicks on it i want the database to check their access and either let them in, or dispaly a msgbox. but im not to sure how to make it see their access can anyone help?

How are you obtaining their access? What if you append their credentials to unbound text boxes on a hidden form. Then set up a table with a list of the credentials and their access levels. Use DLookup() to see if the user's credentials allow him/her to access. If the credentials allow it, let them in, if now show your message box.
