Need advice on sharing access among multiple users

    Hi
I've almost finished working on my Access project. I will like to split the project into front-end and back-end.

The users span multiple sites and we do not currently have any kind of shared network when they travel out of the office.

I'm wondering if Sharepoint is something that we can use to do this?

Basically we need full front-end functionality but will like to host the backend somewhere on the net that can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection.

Need some advice please, thank you!

I have a similar issue with our Access project, I'm interested in what kind of suggestions you get.

I went with Hamachi, and split the database between front and backend. All users get a copy of the frontend while I continue development on my own frontend and my own private backend for testing purposes.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
