Import Data from a Table in the Body of an Email

There is a web form that whenever a user submits some data, it is sent as an email with the body looking like the attached document. My question is, how can I use Access to import the data from those fields? Using the "Get External Data - Outlook File" option doesn't seem to work because of the text is contained in a table like structure.

Not sure if it's important, but there is also a title above the form that I removed because it contained personally identifiable information.

Basically, I would want the text in each box to import to a separate field. I imagine VBA code will be required, but I know very little, so any help is much appreciated!

    Thanks!
