    locking it down

Please forgive me, I know very little about Access and databases. I need a way to only show the form for dataentry, locking it down so that menus are not accessable. I need to prevent the users from accessing main database and making changes there. I was able to hide the navigation bar and the top menus, other than File and Home. Any help would be great and sorry that I don’t know the terminology. Please let me know if you have any questions.
