Entering more than one item when prompted?

I have a prompt setup for one of my reports to ask for which AssetID you would like the report generated upon. I am curious if there is a way to be able to specify a range, or multiple ID #'s in the prompt box? I have tried a bunch of different ways that I could think of and none of them work, it only seems to work with a single ID #.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Instead of prompting from the Report, use a form to run the Report.

Could I just add a check box on a subform I already have that lists the equipment, and then have a query that references criteria that tells it to only query if the control is Yes? Or something of that nature.

RG, when I add a checkbox to my form, when I change it's value on one item, it changes it for everything on the list. It's currently unbound, does it need to have a control source to be able to modify each individually (add a field in the table?)?. Thx.

The simple answer here is YES!

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Tell me if this sounds like a level idea.... Add yes/no value to table, add linked checkbox to form, create query that queries all "yes/true" field values, then create report based off of proposed query.

It is as good an idea as any. If it interacts with the user as you want then it is a good idea.
