help in small Instock inventory

hi how are you all?
i attached my db with some questions if you please can help me
1- when i choose the department i want the machine name and the machine code to be displayed
2- i want to do something like inventory


when i write the qauntity , i want the price to be calculated and then the toltal price to appear in the subform
last i want InStock to be activated, i read about it but i didn't know how to apply it
is there a way when i use 4 spareparts to be sub from the stock
( i want an indicator to tell me that this specific sparepart is no longer avilable and i most buy more )
