No drop down list in Access?

I can't find how to create a "drop down list" in Access. It seems there are only combo box and list box.

The difference between a combo box and a drop down list is that you can't add text to a drop down, and you can with a combo box (combo = list box + text box).

    Thank you

I need to a use drop down list, just like you can with Visual Basic.

More precisely, I don't want the user to be able to add text to the field. I would only allow the user to select one of the values that are in the list.

You can set the Limit to List property of the combo to Yes.

Yes, thank you. This property will prevent you from setting a value that is not in the list, but you still can type in the field... If there's no other option, I'll choose this one, but a list box control that you can't type in it is very basic!!! I'm very surprised that you can't use that in Access, and I'm not sure, but I think it was possible with previous version of Access.
