    Need Help with copying Data?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, im new here.

I have got a database which has 2 tables. and i need to set an automatic value to one of the fields

I have got a loopup on one of the current fields to select some data and wish for when that data is selected to automatically set the value in a field on the same table

    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance

AFAIK, No. And you shouldn't use lookup fields in tables. (Note: this is not the same as a lookup table.)

See "The Evils of Lookup Fields in Tables" :
