Enable or Disable Field in Forum

Please any body assidt me i have a forum for attendance database for employees with the hours attended .


I need to let the hours field inactive if the employee is absent or on leave?

please assist me with code or any criteria to resolve this please

Yes Please It is a form have a field to choose Absent or Present

I need to let hours field active only when user choose present and dimmed when absent choosen

Then you need a procedure that will Enable or Disable the control based on the Value in that control and call it from the OnCurrent event of the form and the AfterUpdate event of that control.
