    Datediff() help needed

    I am creating a membership database for a lodge. A member is eligible for promotion after 3 years. There are three possible promotions.
    Ideally I would like to display a message showing the eligibility date and next rank whenever a query/form on the member is shown.
    As a newbie I have been trying to achieve this with datediff() but without success. Can anyone help please?

    Have you tried using the DateAdd() function?

    No I hadn't thought of that one- but I will try it out.
    Thanks
