    Yes/no in query

    Hello,

Is this possible to add yes/no field in a query which is not base on table??

I would like to use this field to filter out record for report.

    What do you mean?
Are you manually trying to select which records you want to see by setting some value (that isn't really dependent on anything)?

If you want to store a value so you can filter on it, it has to be attached to an underlying table somewhere. The only fields you can create in a query are calculated fields, which are calculated based on the values in other fields.

What kinds of records are you trying to filter out? Maybe there is a field already in the table you can use. What is the data structure of the table/tables on which you're running the query?
