    Question "AfterUpdate" issue

I have a combo box that when a user either selects a value or types a value in should kick off a series of events. My problem is this....Both myself and my colleague have Access 2010. When I type in a value and hit enter the code executes as expected. When she types a value and hits enter the codes does not execute. It will not execute for her until she clicks away from the combo box. What is causing this? Any ideas?

there is nothing causing it. I don't think there's an error here. I think it's just a setting. I wonder if it's a setting in her options...maybe "use special keys", or something like that?
